Founder's Story
Career Pursuit was built around one observation: most career advice helps people understand what they want, but very little helps them actually get there.
Alex saw this pattern early. Before founding Career Pursuit, he worked with universities across North America, supporting their career counseling teams. He noticed the same gap everywhere: people figured out where they wanted to go, then got stuck on how to get there. The strategy was solid. The execution was missing.
That gap became Career Pursuit - a coaching approach focused on the work that actually moves careers forward: positioning, outreach, interview prep, and accountability through the close.
What started with new graduates landing first roles quickly attracted senior professionals, managers, directors, and C-suite executives. Today, Career Pursuit's clients measure success by one milestone: signing the offer and stepping into the role they actually want.
